Chris Champlin is the Chief Executive Officer and Qualified Manager of the C&W Group.  Prior to forming C&W, Chris served as SIU Director for a national private investigations firm, surveillance supervisor, claims investigator and a California licensed insurance broker. In total he has over 20 years in the insurance industry. Before entering the private sector, Chris was a decorated Deputy Sheriff and Police Officer in Northern California and served on active duty with both the United States Marine Corps Fleet Anti-Terrorism Security Teams as well as the U.S. Army Reserves as a Combat Engineer following 9/11 earning an Honorable Discharge from both branches. Chris is active in the insurance claim’s community through multiple non-profits whose mission is to support claims professionals with continuing education. He is often a guest speaker at several claims’ conferences and venues. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice with an emphasis in Public Administration from Pacific Union College.

Ashton B. Wolfson

Ashton Wolfson is the Chief Operations Officer and Co-Founder of the C&W Group. Along with forming C&W, Ashton is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Tukko Med, a medical legal service provider that manages Qualified Medical Examiners (QME’s) in Northern California for the California workers compensation industry. Ashton has extensive experience consulting in South East Asia for business process outsourcing projects and is considered a thought leader in the field. Ashton is a self-described “serial entrepreneur” and has pursued many ventures locally and overseas. Before embarking on his entrepreneurial journey Ashton had a long career in the investment industry as a commodity futures trader and later a foreign exchange currency advisor. He studied International Relations and minored in European Studies and Languages at Franklin University in Lugano, Switzerland.
